Yoga World Reach SEVA School in the Mountains!
This training will bring us together for two weeks in May, and again two weeks in August, to share the “blissipline” of Inner Power Yoga. You will practice asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques and learn how to effectively teach others in a way that is nurturing to the whole being. You will learn ancient yoga language and philosophy, as well as modern yoga theory as it has evolved over the centuries. Anatomy classes will be specifically geared toward yoga asana and the adaptation of postures for each student. You will learn to prepare Ayurliving: Ayurvedic and Living Foods for each meal. You will also be introduced to the art of creating yoga classes for children, elders, and for people with special challenges and abilities.This 200 hour Yoga teacher training will give you the tools to create a yoga practice that is thoughtful, dynamic, and also adaptable to each individual. With these skills teachers may reach the highest potential with their availability to serve ALL people through the ART of YOGA.

Inner Power Yoga in Goa, India

R.R. Shakti travels to Goa to teach and serve.
Yoga Rainbow in India will take place on January 10-16, 2012 in Vedic Valley yoga resort, located in hills between villages of Morjim and Ashwem in the North of Goa, just 10 minutes walk from the beach.

You have a unique opportunity to participate in various interesting master-classes with yoga teachers from India, Canada, USA, Russia and Ukraine, as well as to enjoy the best coastline of India with its marvelous Goa beaches.
The Festival will take place from 10 to 16 January 2012 inclusive, all will be held over 30 classes.
The classes will take place on 3 sites (Vedic Valley and a neighboring resorts).

This training will bring us together the second weekend of every month for one year to share the “blissipline” of Inner Power Yoga. You will practice asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques and learn how to effectively teach others in a way that is nurturing to the whole being. You will learn ancient yoga language and philosophy, as well as modern yoga theory as it has evolved over the centuries. Anatomy classes will be specifically geared toward yoga asana and the adaptation of postures for each student. You will also be introduced to the art of creating yoga classes for children, elders, and for people with special challenges and abilities.

All of this will culminate into our Teaching Practicum, during which the new teachers will offer a weekend of public workshops for the Frankfort Yoga Community. We will Celebrate together as a tribe for our final evening, November 11, 2012.

This training will bring us together the fourth weekend of every month* for one year to share the “blissipline” of Inner Power Yoga. You will practice asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques and learn how to effectively teach others in a way that is nurturing to the whole being. You will learn ancient yoga language and philosophy, as well as modern yoga theory as it has evolved over the centuries. Anatomy classes will be specifically geared toward yoga asana and the adaptation of postures for each student. You will also be introduced to the art of creating yoga classes for children, elders, and for people with special challenges and abilities.

Then, in Oct. 2012, our training will culminate into our Teaching Practicum, during which the new teachers will offer a weekend of public workshops for the Rockville Yoga Community. We will Celebrate together as a tribe on Sunday evening, Oct. 28, 2012.
