Event Admission Cancellation policy:

There are no refunds made for event passes to Yoga World Reach events including: YogaRocks Mountain Fest, the Rocky Mountain Yoga Conference, and the Yogi’s Choice Awards. Your event admission may, however, be transferred to a friend. To transfer your pass, please contact a Yoga World Reach representative by emailing namaste@yogaworldreach.org.



Yoga workshop cancellation policy:

Once you are registered for a workshop, your space is reserved for you. if you need to cancel, you must contact Yoga World Reach (by phone, email to namaste@yogaworldreach.org, or in person) 72 hours or more before the workshop.  you will receive account credit less a $5 administrative fee. no credits will be issued within 72 hours of a workshop.  if Yoga World Reach cancels a workshop you have the choice of a refund or account credit.




Teacher Training cancellation and refund policy:

Before submitting an application to any Yoga World Reach teacher training program or workshops, we strongly encourage applicants to consider the time and resource investments required on the path to becoming a yoga teacher, ensuring that the date(s) and time(s) chosen are appropriate for the trainees schedule.


The specified deposit is due upon registration, and is non-refundable. if accepted, the balance is due by the date indicated in order to hold one's spot. Late fees may be applied to late payments. if one is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded.


if a student decides that s/he is unable to complete 200 hr. teacher training, the student may write an email or letter to the Director of Yoga World Reach (namaste@yogaworldreach.org; 1821 17th st. Boulder, CO. 80302) with a request to withdraw from the program. Requests will not be considered until received in writing. if approved, a pro-rated refund will be given based on the time notification is received. a 100% refund of the total paid less the non-refundable deposit will be given if the teacher training has not yet started.  A 50% refund will be given up to the third weekend of the teacher training. After the third weekend, no refunds will be given. A student may opt to transfer their registration for the same training held the following year. In this case, a $50 administrative fee will be charged.


We understand that emergencies and other life situations do arise. We recommend that you carefully review your schedule and upcoming obligations to ensure that you can commit fully to the teacher training. Making up hours missed or completing the training during a subsequent offering are options only in the face of extenuating events and will be extended by the creative director or teacher training director on a case-by-case basis.
