Yoga Worldreach invites female survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence to come together and celebrate the SACRED FEMININE within; and to support one another on our journey towards freedom from the internalized trauma of our past experiences.

ON AUGUST 16/17, 2008 WE WILL:

Return to nature, camping in an amazing Rocky Mountain Setting. (at Radium BLM camp ground)

Ignite our inner power with 6 hours of guided rafting on the Colorado River with Colorado River Runs!

Enjoy 3 hours of progressive yoga asana, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, formatted and presented by a certified yoga therapist over the course of this weekend retreat.

Explore our creativity with art therapy techniques to manifest and share our internal experience.

Dive into the practice of Intentional Writing in which we allow the truth of our experience to rise to the surface and be freely expressed in a safe and loving space.

Eat delicious and healthful meals, sharing this time to practice mindful eating, celebrating our bodies and honoring our needs.

Exchange listening and sharing practices that will culminate with a final sharing circle and celebration.
