Class times vary from 120, 80, and 60 minute classes and workshops.

Benefitting Yoga World Reach and the Shakti Foundation, the weekend allows participants to engage their bodies, minds and souls through yoga classes from ten of the world’s most respected instructors, outdoor music and organic food surrounded by inspiring mountain scenery. A variety of indoor and outdoor classes and workshops, which will blend food, music and wine, will accommodate every level of yoga practitioner. Instructors include the following: Aaron King, Janet Stone, Madhuri Martin and Mike Matsumura. 

Rock it out in the evening with Friday evening, YoGroove music and yoga class and a Rhythm Sanctuary Dance Ritual open to the public. Then, make your way to the Snowmass Mall to see Warsaw Poland Brothers live! Saturday night be part of the Yoga Rave with DJ Baya Voce and Michal Menert at Base Camp Bar & Grill.

The Yoga Rocks the Mountains Marketplace, which will showcase items ranging from yoga clothing and products to healthy food samples, eco-friendly services and yoga clothing is free and open to the public.
