Mama Yoga prenatal sequence one
 

There are numerous benefits from prenatal yoga. In addition to its many physical benefits, prenatal yoga helps women through the evolutionary process of pregnancy by offering the opportunity to enjoy a supportive community, inward reflection, a healthy physical and emotional outlet, and holistic preparation for birth.


Benefits may include:

ONCE YOU HAVE LEARNED TO TONE YOUR PELVIC FLOOR, OR PERINEUM, WITH THE KEGEL EXERCISES (BELOW) BE SURE TO MAINTAIN THIS PELVIC STABILITY THROUGHOUT EVERY EXERCISE.
