ONCE YOU HAVE LEARNED TO TONE YOUR PELVIC FLOOR, OR PERINEUM, WITH THE KEGEL EXERCISES (BELOW) BE SURE TO MAINTAIN THIS PELVIC STABILITY THROUGHOUT EVERY EXERCISE.
